topic below. Write your thesis out on a piece of notebook paper to turn in.
- Topic: Write a 3-4 page paper that analyzes key similarities and differences between “The Yellow Wallpaper” by Charlotte Perkins Gilman and “The Story of an Hour” by Kate Chopin.
- Options: There are many ways to approach this assignment, but planning will be crucial. You may decide to compare/contrast the two pieces based on one element, such as the protagonists or the symbolism present in each story. Another option is to analyze multiple elements of the stories and compare/contrast them.
