- WEBSITE PROJECT IS DUE TODAY! I will begin grading tomorrow, so you have until the end of the day today to get the site polished up.
- NOTE: I have removed the requirement for a page on your website for contemporary (21st century) literature. Your final website needs to deal with 7 literary time periods: Classical, Anglo-Saxon, Middle Ages. Renaissance, Romantic Era, Victorian Era, 20th century (modernism / postmodernism).

- Read this description of Imagism, focusing on the list of 3 tenets of Imagist poetry.
- Google Classroom assignment:
- Look for a variety of poems from the Imagist movement in the early 20th century (T.L. Hulme, Amy Lowell, William Carlos Williams, Ezra Pound, H.D., John Gould Fletcher, and you can look for others).
- Choose one poem that you like and think fits the 3 tenets of Imagist poetry best.
- Post this poem on the Google Classroom assignment and include the author.
- Then, read through your classmates' posts and choose one to respond to in a paragraph (5+ sentences). You can write your reaction to the poem, connections you see to other works, or comment on how the poem responds to the 3 tenets.
